Refund policy
As all products are made to order, we do accept returns. We also reserve the right to change materials used as needed based on market price changes. We will try our best to use it as pictured, but that may not always be possible. We will replace any missing pieces or file a claim for damaged items. Items must be inspected, and any problems must be reported to us within two weekss of delivery. We will try our best to help as much as we can.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not replaced items that we are not notified of within 2 weeks of the item being delivered.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If we make a mistake on your order, it may be returned and exchanged for the correct item with prior approval. However, as stated above, all orders are nonreturnable because they are cut for you. Please read items descriptions. We are not responsible for if think something is included and it is not. For example, these are kits are pretty self-explanatory, we include a picture of the item with the kit, no directions, paint or other supplies are included. If your orders arrives and want to cancel because there it does not include paint, or directions, it will not happen. All of kits include the wood pieces only.
Refunds
We do not accept returns, so there are no refunds.
