Shipping Policy

Orders are cut in the orders received.    Our processing time will vary by the amount of orders coming in. Normal processing time is around 10 - 15 business days but can be longer during the holiday season.  Please don't place an order and expect it to arrive under 10 business days plus transit time.  We do not refund orders due to not following these guidelines.  Shipping times will depend on the carrier.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

We want to make sure your order reaches you! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order. We will contact you once the package is received and provide a new shipping invoice before resending. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Policy

The Rustic Farmhouse is a cut-per-order business.  This means that we do not keep an inventory of cutouts on hand.  We cut orders as they are received.  

For this reason, we do accept order returns.  With this being said, if you receive an order and something needs to be fixed or corrected, please contact us immediately.  We want you to be super happy and ready to create all kinds of happiness with your craft products.  We will do everything we can to correct a mistake to make you happy.  But if you receive kit and want to cancel because no paint or directions are included,  it will not happen.  Our kits are wood pieces only.

Please open your order immediately upon delivery to check it over.  If there are any issues, email us as soon as possible at therusticfarmhouse@hotmail.com
