Annual Commercial License Sell Unlimited Wood Blanks Laser Cut SVG File Small Business Use

This annual commercial license provides small business use permission to sell unlimited wood blanks made from laser cut SVG files you personally purchased from Rusty Blanks. Created for wood blank sellers and craft businesses, this SVG commercial use license allows you and your direct employees to produce and sell unfinished wood blank kits during the active license period.

This license is required if you sell unfinished laser-cut wood blanks made from my purchased designs. You may sell as many qualifying blanks as you wish during the active license period, but this license must be renewed annually.

The license is valid for 12 consecutive months beginning on the date of purchase and applies only to Rusty Blanks files you have personally purchased. Each design file must be purchased separately.

WHAT THIS LICENSE ALLOWS

• You may sell unfinished wood blanks made from qualifying Rusty Blanks files you personally purchased.

• You may sell individual unfinished pieces or complete unfinished wood blank kits.

• You may sell the physical blanks directly to customers or to wholesale customers.

• You may sell an unlimited number of qualifying blanks during the active 12-month license period.

• Your direct employees may assist with cutting, packaging, and shipping products for your business.

YOU NEED THIS LICENSE IF

• You sell unfinished laser-cut wood pieces.

• You sell unfinished wood blank kits that do not include the supplies needed to complete the project.

YOU DO NOT NEED THIS LICENSE IF

• You sell completed, painted, or fully finished physical products.

• You sell DIY kits that include the supplies needed to complete the project, such as paint, glue, and brushes.

SMALL BUSINESS PRODUCTION

This license is intended for small-business use. The purchasing business owner must remain directly involved in the production and fulfillment of the wood blanks.

Direct employees of the purchasing business may assist with cutting, packaging, and shipping. Files may not be shared with or used by contractors, production partners, factories, wholesale manufacturers, fulfillment companies, or other third parties.

“Unlimited” refers to the number of physical wood blanks the licensed small business may produce and sell during the active license period. It does not permit outsourced manufacturing, factory production, sublicensing, or sharing the designs with another person or business.

DESIGN FILE TERMS

• All design files must be purchased separately from Rusty Blanks.

• This license applies only to files personally purchased by the license holder.

• Files may not be copied, shared, transferred, resold, or provided to another person or business.

• Designs or portions of designs may not be claimed as your own.

• Designs may not be converted into stencils, templates, clipart, digital files, or other design products for resale.

• Designs may not be recreated through image tracing or by tracing finished-product photographs.

• Products made from my designs may not be used as props or examples to advertise or sell your own digital design files.

PHOTO USE TERMS

Reference photos supplied with applicable file purchases are included for use only by the original purchaser of the file.

• My photos may not be used on Etsy.

• Photos may not be given or shared with wholesale customers or other third parties.

• A wholesale customer may not use my photos to advertise or sell products.

• Anyone who did not personally purchase the applicable file from Rusty Blanks may not use its accompanying photos.

• You are responsible for creating and using your own product photos on Etsy.

LICENSE PERIOD

• Valid for 12 consecutive months from the purchase date.

• The license must be purchased again annually to continue producing and selling unfinished wood blanks from my designs.

• Your Etsy purchase receipt serves as proof of your active license.

By purchasing this annual commercial license, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated in this listing.
